The Scarecrow Festival took place over the weekend of 9 September and 10 September 2017
Much fun was had at the biannual Scarecrow Festival.
This year’s event provided a great family day out with many fun activities including bouncy inflatables, stalls, games and sports and a pig roast as well as a bar, tea and cakes and candy floss.
There was live music to keep the party mood going as well as the imaginative and eye catching scarecrow displays which appeared throughout the village on the scarecrow trail.
All the money raised went to a variety of different organisations in the village.
The next scarecrow festival will take place in 2019. For more information please contact Sam Cunningham at SAMPETE@UWCLUB.NET.
