Meetings commence at 7:30pm - though please check agenda as sometimes it is 7pm - and are held in the Chapel Rooms, Chapel Lane, Great Doddington. The meeting dates are shown below. A summons (or agenda) to the meeting is posted on the Parish Council notice board located in the gardens opposite the "Village Stores" prior to the meeting. Minutes of previous meetings are shown below but will only appear once approved at the next parish council meeting.
Parishioners are welcome to attend meetings to observe proceedings, but may not speak at the meeting unless they have requested permission to do so in advance. They can only speak on an item that is listed on the agenda and make their point in a maximum of three minutes. They can of course contact a parish councillor to make a point on their behalf. They will also be asked to leave if a confidential item arises. If a parishioner wishes to raise an item at a future meeting they can send a request to the clerk at the email address above, detailing what they wish to raise and this will be considered by the chairman.
